"First, Ms. Del Carmen had the best and most informative web site of anyone on Guam; I know; I
researched extensively before relocating to Guam. I was specifically looking for a condo or apartment rental. By the information
on her website, it was apparent to me that she specialized in rentals. Before I even arrived, we were communicating frequently
via email. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, completely and forthrightly. We arranged for
a "look-see" shortly after my arrival. After the first day of touring, she quickly grasped my expectations and setup
follow on appointments. My work/business schedule limited my availability. Nonetheless, a suitable property was located in
timely fashion. Even after identifying the property and facilitating the rental agreement, Ms. Del Carmen continued to support
me with identifying potential appliance stores, working with the moving company, facilitating the installation of my stackable
washer/dryer, gaining access prior to lease date to begin moving "stuff" from my temporary lodging into the condo
apartment, etc. She was courteous, professional, responsive, and service oriented" |
